Camp Connect Program Information

Camp Connects provides siblings separated in foster care an environment of fun and safety, allowing them for a short time to set aside their trauma and experience the joy of being a kid while connecting with their brothers and sisters. Since 2008, Camp Connect has supported brothers and sisters who are separated in the foster care system through sibling visits, monthly events, and a 5-day/4-night summer camp. Our events provides enriching activities for separated siblings in foster care, ages 5–20, supported by our incredible volunteers at a 3:1 ratio.

This form will allow you to register your camper for one or multiple future events. Please fill out an application for each youth, with their most up-to-date information. This information will be used to confirm attendance for registered events the week of the event.

Our monthly events provide enriching activities for separated siblings in foster care ages 5–20, supported by our incredible volunteers at a 3:1 ratio. Our Summer Camp serves youth ages 6–17 and offers a unique opportunity for siblings to reconnect, build memories, and experience the magic of camp together.

This form will allow you to register your camper for one or multiple future events. Please complete one application for each youth using their most up-to-date information. Submitted information will be used to confirm attendance for registered events during the week of each event.

Medical Information

For Summer Camp: All youth will be required to have a Health History Form, signed by a doctor, submitted prior to the start of camp. Please note that all medications need to be in the ORIGINAL pharmacy packaging with labels, which show the campers name and prescription information. Camp Connect is unable to accept loose medications.

The Promises2Kids Health History Form will be automatically sent with the Caregiver Packet via email once the application is submitted.

For Monthly Events: Please note that all medications need to be in the ORIGINAL pharmacy packaging with labels, which show the campers name and prescription information. Camp Connect is unable to accept loose medications. All campers who bring medication will need the Promises2Kids Camper History Form filled out by a doctor prior to the event.
